- アオイ科 サキシマハマボウ;トウユウナ portia tree; portia oil-nut; mahoe; umbrella tree; milo 常緑高木。樹冠は密で横に広がる。葉は長い柄のある心形の照葉。花は一日花で、径5～8cm、花色は黄色で中央が紅紫色、後に紫色に変わる。
